Emberhold Legends

Emberhold Legends is a role-playing game that leans on tactical grid combat between story chapters. You build a party of four, each with a small skill tree, and the fights reward positioning over raw stats. Flanking actually matters, and healers have to think about line of sight.

The writing is gentle and character-driven, which caught us off guard on a phone RPG. Between battles you manage a home base, unlock crafting, and pick dialogue that nudges relationships. It never overstays its welcome in menus.

Progression can slow around the midgame, and grinding creeps in if you skip side quests. Do the side content and the pacing stays healthy.
