About

Tower Signal started because most mobile game write-ups read like press releases. We wanted something closer to how you'd tell a friend whether a game is worth the download. So we play, take screenshots, restart missions we lost, and then sit down to explain what worked.,The team is small on purpose. One editor, a couple of regular contributors, and a shared spreadsheet full of half-finished thoughts. We focus on strategy and tower defence because that's where phone controls either shine or fall apart, and the difference matters.,Games get picked when something about them catches our attention: an unusual mechanic, a control scheme worth discussing, or a difficulty curve that either respects your time or wastes it. We don't cover everything, and we don't pretend to.,Everything here is written after real play sessions. If a game frustrated us, we'll say so. If it surprised us, that gets its own paragraph.

Markus Vogel — Markus has been tinkering with tower defence layouts since flash game days and now runs Tower Signal from his desk covered in cold coffee. He plays slowly and reviews carefully.
